What is the love of money? Is it that one loves the idea of money or the things that one can do with money? Or is the fact that one feels comfortable that they can do whatever they want when they want or decide to? Is it the actual love of the green stuff or is it the power that is associated with it? When you love money more than life itself your priorities are not only misguided by your ego but the results you manifest will be tainted at best. What you put out you get. It’s as simple as that.
If you value money more than people your ‘reward’ is evident. The saying, “You can’t take it with you” comes to mind. Money, in essence, is an idea first. It is a medium that is the fuel to manifest co-creation. When you want the steam engine to go faster, you add more coal to generate more heat and steam. You burn money to accomplish ideals and principles you ‘believe’ you need to do. But is your belief valid? Is it really something worth accomplishing? Does it add to or take away from the joy of life for yourself and others? Is it your prime focus or is it somewhere in the background locked up from any exposure to others?
Those who hide their money or their financial conditions truly have something to hide. Whether it’s how much they have, what they have done with it or what they plan to do with it, the very act of hiding it reveals that their ego is afraid of the fallout of revealing what condition it has been in, what it is now and what it will be. How you spend, save and invest your money reveals your mindset. Those who hide this are afraid of what it reveals about their true character.
Take Donald Trump. What is he hiding? Why won’t he release his tax returns according to the very standards his father set down? Why is he trying to change the focus and misrepresenting what the POTUS has said. President Obama basically stated that we are NOT islands and don’t make it on our own. He is correct. We all need each other to succeed. Businesses use the infrastructure that was laid down by taxes paid in the past so that we could continue to thrive. But what good is that when people like Trump and his business cronies send our jobs overseas? He lies continually to protect his already tarnished ‘image’. He is out for himself and his ‘buddies’ only. He does NOT care about you at all! If he did, he would disclose his financial dealings and take the consequences that come with it. He is a coward and a liar.
Why would anyone in their right mind want a leader who loves money more than people? Remember, the love of money is the root of all evil. Money in of and as itself is not a bad thing; what people do with it or how people hide it is. Make a clear statement this November to all of the corporations and money manipulators throughout the world. Tell them that this sh*t don’t flush and we are cleaning out our pipes where the clogs are occurring; McConnell and Ryan. Stop bringing water to the very people who are drowning you! ~Dean A. One thing that too many Christians believe is that this nation has always been a Christian nation. Go to the library and read history books. When your head is only in the Bible, you are listening to a skew of historical data by men with an agenda. When what Christ said is corroborated in the Synoptic Gospels then, and only then, can you have a basis for what came out of Christ’s mouth. Not the disciples, not the followers and especially not Paul. Paul had his own agenda. Believe what came from Christ. Read the red!
Remember, what the Bible is today in its many versions was passed down first by word of mouth, then written down on scrolls in Aramaic and Koine Greek, then translated into Latin before it ended up in the English language. Cultural and geographic idioms were not explained and what was lost in the MANY translations were initiated by men with agendas. One man (Martin Luther) proclaimed that the Bible was the ‘holy word of God’ and many simply went along with his assessment. It is a collection of books written down by simple, not socially evolved people over 2000 years ago.
The content of the Bible as we know it was decided by a MURDERER!!! (Emperor Constantine). Yet, Christians will beat their Bibles with the foolish belief that it is the holy word of God. This country was founded by people seeking freedom to worship as they choose; which, by the way, includes freedom to NOT worship or believe in ANY deity. Just because you believe something doesn’t mean the rest of us have to.
Respect others beliefs EXCEPT when they directly conflict with the truth as revealed and supported by HISTORICAL FACTS!!! Your blind belief in things that you know not of is NOT faith. Faith without good works to support it (which includes researching the truth thoroughly) is NOT faith. It is hopeful pardon for your own perception of not living in the Divine love of God. WAKE UP
Always remember that the representatives we elect that continually rant, block progress and complain about big government are working FOR the government. Actually they are working for the people who trust in government to maintain our infrastructure, ensure our health and safety and provide an equal playing field for our mutual development.
The truth is that they are working for whoever pads their wallet the most. When will people wake up and realize that they cannot serve two masters? If they are continuously blocking progress then they are NOT serving us. They are serving their corporate puppet masters who ram their agendas upon us through lobbyists and special interest agenda manifestation of corporate conglomerates.

CANDOR AND OPENNESS
I recently received a message from a reader and friend. He stated, “What you write should be read by many who are still blinded by the darkness of night and are looking for direction, I appreciate your candor and your openness. Keep doing what it is that you do.”
Now, my ego felt satisfied that I was doing something that was appreciated by someone and then it hit me. The reason that I do what I do is to move from darkness into light and to help others on the way. My candor and openness comes from my honesty with the Spirit of God within me.
I am grateful and thankful for that divine connection in my life. I will keep doing what I am doing because it is my Divine purpose unfolding in Divine order. In everything I write I am learning from all of you as you are learning from me.
It is not our individual effort but the Spirit of God within each of us that breaks down the ego’s walls and allows a glimmer of light to show through in divine communication. We are all connected to each other through our love of the Divine.

WHEN THE RUBBER
MEETS THE ROAD
When you consistently feed something that is destroying you it reveals that you truly don’t love yourself. If you did, you would feed that which edifies your being and brings joy into your life.
It boils down to how you look at yourself, what choices you make to grow and expand and what priorities you set into motion as a result of your attitudes, beliefs, actions and behaviors.
We are all known by the fruits that we bear. What is the state of your fig tree? Is it bringing forth nourishing fruit or is it existing as a ruse that appears to have fruit and deceives others with blind rhetoric?
When the rubber meets that road traction occurs. When the brakes are applied you burn rubber and don’t move forward. Where are you on the road of life? ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
IT IS STILL A LIE
Whether you lie while knowing the truth or you lie while not knowing it; it is still a lie. When you sacrifice your very soul to attain stature to satisfy your own ego, you are NOT in touch with what others need in their lives.
When you deny the truth in favor of your egotistical agenda and say what you need to say to convince others of your supposed veracity, you are fooling yourself into believing you are more than what you are.
When you foster separation by purposefully misquoting your opponent, it is quite clear and obvious that you are not a truthful leader. Retreat to the comfort and security of your self-aggrandizement.

FINANCIALLY RAPED
When will you stand up for yourself? Your family? Your community? Your state? Your country? Your world? When will you take that leap of faith and say no to our representatives being bought and paid for by corporate interests? When will you pick up the phone, send an email, write a letter and go out and protest being financially raped by corporate banks day after day?
Do you know that banks take your hard earned dollars that is in their coffers (that is technically YOUR money on deposit) and make day loans with each other where they make millions of dollars in ONE DAY in interest and you get nothing? Did you know that the banking system is so rigged that no matter what happens, they will ALWAYS make millions off of our deposited monies? Do you even care?
Stand up for truth, justice and the REAL American way where we care about each other and our successes and we don’t try to financially rape one another to get ahead! Take your monies out of the banks and put them into Federal Credit Unions. You can do it. We all can do it! Stop the injustice being inflicted on middle class Americans. Stop it NOW! ~Dean A. MACHINE FORK?
Some genius stated that a gun can kill and so can a fork and that only those who can properly care for them should have them. When have you ever heard of someone committing mass murder with a fork?
Let's gain some perspective here before they reveal too much of their character. Is that what they teach their young? How about teaching our young the ways of love and NOT war?
Perhaps they would look for healthy solutions instead of harming others? Only those who choose to play God arm themselves. It is their ego and NOT the Spirit of God!

How many lives must be lost before we say, “Stop the violence!” Our children are taught that violence is the answer when we know that’s not right. Yet, we live our lives and allow it to proliferate all around us. We go to movies filled with violence and allow our children to go and see it. We fight each other at every turn and say that it’s OK. And then we are shocked when some whacko kills people in a theater, and elementary school and a sporting event? Can’t we see that what we allow to exist around us is what is going to happen? How many children will have their lives cut short before we say “No” to guns and explosives?
Anytime someone has the power over life and death and doesn’t have the brains to act responsibly we are all to blame. We allow it to happen and it is up to us to put a stop to it. Anyone who owns a gun or purchases explosives must have training in how to use them and needs a psychological examination to prove they are responsible enough to own them. Without that, we are all subject to the whims of a maniac on a mission for his 15 minutes of fame. If you give a water pistol to a 4 year old he will shoot everything in site because he doesn’t have the consciousness to know any better.
The same occurs with people who are unstable and can legally purchase guns and explosives. Only God has power over life and death and until we enact laws to stop the legal purchase of guns and explosives without the appropriate background checks we will keep seeing the result of egomaniacal judges and juries. Call your representatives and DEMAND the protection of all of us. What good is Homeland Security when we go to a movie, an elementary school or a sporting event and some nut case who could legally purchase a gun or the substances for explosives kills our children in cold blood? AT THE DOOR
Leave your prejudices, dogmas and erroneous beliefs at the door. You are welcome in my life when your mind and heart are open to learning, growing and expanding. If you aren’t, I wish you well on your path. It is up to me to decide whom I interact with just as it is up to you to decide that as well. When someone is closed and unwilling to learn it reveals that they are secure in their comfort zone and don’t desire to break free from their self-imposed mediocrity. They view the world as they ‘believe’ it to be and not how it is.
I welcome those who challenge what I say, write or reveal. For in the challenge we all learn what is real and truthful. However, when someone says, “It’s in the Bible” as their only evidence without knowing where it is in the Bible or from whence it came, I seriously doubt their veracity and their intelligence. Research everything before you speak it, write it or reveal it. Know the facts and not the opinions of others. Temper your revelations with the understanding that if they are truthful they will withstand any and all scrutiny.
Don’t fear what has been revealed to you. Think about it, feel it, know it and be it. It was given to you for a purpose that will become apparent to you when you focus on the context in which it was revealed to you. All revelations are Divine gifts that guide you on your path. Follow that guidance and step confidently even though you might not know the way. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
BLIND ACCEPTANCE
Those who blindly accept what they read, hear or feel without testing its veracity are opening themselves up to misinterpreting what the truth reveals. We sometimes don't receive the truth in flashes of divine insight but get it in palatable chunks of information that we need to absorb emotionally before we can understand the whole picture.
As the truth unfolds in our understanding we build upon what it reveals in accordance with our inner and outer experiences. To say that a religious book is right without looking from whom and where it came, testing its veracity with life experience and understanding the context in which it was presented is complete and utter foolishness. It is a stand made on belief and not fact.
If you test the validity of the tenets of a religious book and it reveals a deeper understanding of what you have already experienced, then its principles are sound and on solid ground. However, if that same book teaches in any way that we should NOT love one another for any reason, then what it says is suspect at best. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
THE SECOND AMENDMENT
The second amendment is valid and there for a reason. However, when unstable people are allowed to possess assault weapons we all have problem. Where do we draw the line? How many lives have to be cut short because people feel they have to have guns?
If they truly loved God, their families and their neighbors, they would educate themselves in the responsibility they have in possessing a lethal weapon. When you feel you need a weapon you are living in fear.
When you are living in fear you are NOT trusting in God. Your ego has decided that you have a right over life and death and that anyone that threatens you, that you have the right to end their life.
Total and complete trust in God negates the use of violence and weapons to defend you and your family. Anything else is living in fear and not trusting in God. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
FAITH OR FEAR?
How do you KNOW you are right about the safety of your world? Do you FEEL you have a right to defend yourself from a ‘possible’ attack? Do you SENSE that people are too aggressive and you must be able to protect yourself and your family? Do you live in a state of WELL-BEING or do you live in fear?
All of the conclusions you draw about the world you live in are based on either fear or faith. If you choose to arm yourself with weapons, you are sending out that vibrational state into the world and it will respond with a situation in which you need to use those weapons. Why not choose to arm yourself with faith in the Divine Creator of this entire omniverse? You can’t have a better protection than that!
Fear breeds fear and faith breeds faith. You decide which way you want to live your life and experience what happens. One way or the other, you will get what you expect to happen simply by the choices you make. May God bless all of you no matter what choices you make in your lives. Peace. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
LISTEN TO GOD
Death. Destruction. Infirmity. Depression. All states created and supported by the ego trying to either exalt itself or hurt itself. When you listen to the ego’s voice these states will happen.
When you listen to the Divine you will live in health, wealth, prosperity and abundance every day of your life. Why not make the choice to listen to God? It is your life and the choices you make not only affect you, but everyone associated with you.
If you truly care for yourself and others, make the right choice; balance the desires of the ego with the Divine desires of the Spirit of God that are deep in your heart. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
The joy I receive each day from meditation and communion with the Divine motivates me to share love, be kind and be nice to all I encounter. Some receive this well and some don’t.
Those who don’t do not know the joy I have experienced and it is not for me to judge their behaviors as to whom they really are; it is simply how they are acting because of what they have been experiencing.
I know I need to accept their divinity but I don’t have to accept their behaviors. I can and will reject how they are acting and will allow their divinity to touch mine.
Always remember the joy you feel inside is there for others and if they are not experiencing it share your joy with them by smiling, encouraging and helping to make their day a little brighter.

When a person is dangling on the precipice it only takes one shove for them to go over the edge.

When you overwork a gear in a mechanism without supplying additional grease to reduce the friction you begin to stress the metal so much that it begins to lose its integrity and one of the teeth eventually snaps bringing productivity to a halt. When you try to get more out of something without supplying what is necessary to sustain it, you are allowing the selfishness of your ego and its greed to consume you beyond the point of common sense. Remember the farmer who had the goose who laid golden eggs. His greed caused him to cut open the goose to get all of the golden eggs only to kill the goose; which no longer laid any more eggs. BENDING THE LAWS
The universe has laws and it is humankind that bends its laws to its own personal gain and favor by lying to others and convincing them to get behind ego.

Why is it that people fear the government? Is it because they believe that their individual rights will be taken away? Is it because they are so fiercely independent that any form of authority is threatening to them? Or is it that any type of structure being imposed on their lives threatens their independence.
First off, independence is a necessary ingredient to any society that is seeking to advance and flourish. The next step in moving forward is to understand and develop an ongoing dynamic state of ‘interdependence’.
We are NOT islands. We are all connected through the Spirit of God. We need each other to grow and expand. Contractors have built our roads and bridges; Police have ensured our safety; Firemen have squelched out fires; Soldiers have defended our national security; Teachers have taught our children in schools. Government Administrators have carried out legislative policies that were voted in to law by our representative. All of which are PEOPLE!
Our government is a system set up by the people, for the people and composed of people. Corporations, on the other hand, are businesses driven by the charge of profit. They are setup by people, run by people and designed to generate profit for the corporation; which in turn distributes profits to its constituents based on their value within that system. They are comprised of people but corporations are NOT people. They are expressly set up to deliver products and services for a PROFIT.
Now, when corporations get in bed with the government we have a serious problem. The huge profits that they generate are repeatedly being used to provide ‘perks’ and ‘incentives’ for OUR representatives to vote according to their agendas. Take former Speaker Boehner for example; he is heavily invested in the XL Pipeline and continually brings the legislation up in the House to pass it. Why? Because he will make a significant profit. No matter how cleverly he hides it, he is still using GREED to actualize his interests and NOT the interests of those he represents.
This is what happens when the private sector sends someone into government to manifest their corporate agendas. President Obama NEVER said that businesses developed not due to individual initiative; he said that we are ALL involved due to our INTERDEPENDENCE with shared infrastructure, schools and government agencies. It’s true; however, that government has turned into a business. People pay ‘fees’ and ‘fines’ for infractions and we are all nickled and dimed to death. The municipal governments treat their people like the low hanging fruit to be plucked and fill the government coffers.
Why is this all happening? It is because most people follow the greedy motivations of their egos in order to ‘move up the ladder’; whether in government or in business. If we are going to grow and expand into an equitable and fair society, we must teach our children about spirituality MORE than individuality; more about interdependency than independency; more about love and faith and trust in God and each other than fear about what ‘might’ happen.
It is a major challenge but it is something we can all meet when we learn to love whom and what we were created to be. We are children of the Most High God and it’s time we started acting like it. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
WHAT WE VALUE
When we speak for ourselves we reveal what we value. When we speak for others we reveal that we value our values over others’ values.
When we speak from the Spirit of God we reveal that we value Divine guidance over anything that anyone says, does or lives. Speak the truth by valuing what is decent, honorable and loving.

MUTUAL INSPIRATION

PROTECTING AND SERVING
We live in a civilized society where police and soldiers are TRAINED in how to protect us.
When people have guns who have NO idea HOW and WHEN to use them, we are being subjugated to the erroneous whims of their egos and their uneducated power over life and death. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
NOT THE ANSWER
Allowing more guns to be given to untrained and unbalanced people is NOT the answer. A gun is designed to shoot a projectile at a target. It is the person using it that should be evaluated and approved to be responsible enough to own and use a weapon.
Until we have a system that monitors this we are at the whims of someone else's ego to determine life and death. So far, no one has mentioned about a responsible person on drugs or alcohol with the right to use a firearm.
What about that? If they are determined by a specialist to be responsible enough to own a weapon, then we have at least checked them out. A combination of LEO and Psych tests should be appropriate enough. Anything less than that is just downright STUPID! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
MUCH EASIER
Yes, those who support owning guns without the proper training and psych evaluation; you can kill with any weapon besides a gun. It IS the intent of the person.
But consider this: A GUN makes it MUCH easier and quicker for someone who makes an instantaneous decision based on either a corrupt mindset or an emotional reaction to an occurrence to inflict a final verdict of death or serious injury on someone.
We must all consider the submodalities of someone’s intent or emotional reaction to kill another human being. If someone wants to kill another, they will find a way to do it.
Guns make it much easier and quicker than any other weapon. Dispute that! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
FEAR, NOT TRUST
When you live in Divine love and completely trust in the Divine to protect you and your family you don’t need a gun. Your ego tells you that you need a gun because you must defend and protect your home and family from harm.
Some go and buy the gun. Some don’t have a clue how to use it, when to use, what it’s there for and how to be safe with it; not to mention that it requires rules and practice in order to be responsible in owning a gun.
Some buy the gun to exalt their ego and tell themselves that their safety and protecting their possessions are more than someone else’s life! Some are unstable; some are downright crazy and some are overly drugged and ‘lose’ their minds claiming ‘temporary’ insanity.
When you own the ability to take away another’s life it is always in your mind. You know where the gun is and you know you will use it if you have to. I have news for you; YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY TRUSTING IN GOD.
You are exalting your own perceived right to protect your home, family and possessions over the life of another. You are elevating yourself to God. The irresponsible person regrets when a child finds the gun and ‘accidentally’ kills themselves, another family member or a friend. They regret killing the burglar, the invader or the neighborhood kid pulling a prank at the wrong time. All because they chose to trust in their own perceived power of owning a gun over trusting in the Divine Creator of this entire omniverse.
Don’t say that you love and trust God while you have the power of life and death in your possession. You are a liar and your ego rules your life. Period. End of discussion. Any excuse you make is your ego defending its perceived right to play God. Ponder on that awhile. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
THE DAILY JOURNEY
It seems to me that most of the younger people I have encountered lately haven't had sufficient life experience to completely understand the repercussions of their actions or lack of appropriate actions. My daily prayer is for them to see a greater picture in Divine order and learn the ways of peace to unfold their individual Divine purposes.
The daily journey from satisfying ego-self to embracing the peace and joy of Divine SELF is not gratifying enough for them. And why is this? Because they have suffered an inefficient educational system whose administrative goals are determined from the ability to siphon federal dollars for their budgets. Most of our teachers are dedicated hard working individuals who love their jobs.
They are responsible for making our children aware of themselves in the greater picture through the study of the Arts, History, Language, Math and Science. These teachers are NOT being paid enough for the work that they do and we need to actively participate more in the development of our schools. Our children are our future. They deserve the best we can deliver. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
