YOU NEED A BREAK

The further you get away from your problems the less important they seem. It’s a matter of perspective. When you are immersed in a morass of bills, traffic and lying politicians you can sometimes forget what’s truly important. You need a break.

Go and commune with nature and feel how the natural order maintains itself despite the changes in the weather. You are much the same. You are a part of your environment and you are inextricably tied to it more than you might realize.

Step out of the chaos and vitriol. Embrace the silence and beauty of nature. Know that natural order will maintain itself just as Divine order maintains natural order. Those who sow negativity will reap its rewards just as those who give of themselves will reap their reward.

It’s not about good and evil; it’s about loving whatever ‘good’ or ‘evil’ befalls you. Align yourself with the Spirit of God and allow the best to happen for all. That’s where the true power of love lies. Feel it, embrace it and share it. Peace. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

SNAPSHOT OF REALITY

Just when you think you completely understand something an event, occurrence, situation, circumstance or an individual presents a challenge to your understanding. This occurs because everything we experience in our minds is a copy of the perceived dualistic reality and copies are static while the PDR is dynamic.

We can take a snapshot of ‘reality’ and hold its environmental attributes as true ‘only at that point in time’. The PDR is growing and expanding and our consciousness grows and expands along with it whether we recognize it or not. A surfer knows just where to ‘ride the wave’ or he will lose his balance and fall down into the water. Balance is the key between managing universal ‘forces’ and ‘snapshots’ of those forces we experience in our minds.

Making time daily to rest your mind with conscious relaxation affords you the process by which to attain a dynamic feeling of the ebb and flow of the universe. Feel your way around through the dark energy that permeates your entire being. Swim in the ocean of connection with all life and come to a universal and dynamic understanding of your role within it. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

A SEA OF ENERGY

We exist in a sea of energy we cannot sense that has continuously existed. We swim in this energy with every breath. We navigate through this energy with every thought that we hold true. We influence this energy with every action we take. We affect this energy as it affects us.

We are not separate from this energy but are an expression of it. It affords us the ability to re-create it, mold it and shape it into a future reality. It is where we came from and where we are going to. It is the body of the Divine in action and we can access its unseen forces by grace. Why do we choose to deny it? Because it is more convenient to survive today and perpetuate our perceptions than to embrace its power and thrive eternally.

Move from the illusion of comfort to the expression of love in this sea of energy. The splash you make will send ripples out to everyone and bless us all with the possibility of growth and the probability of expansion. Splash away! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

BEING ONE WITH THE DIVINE

Being One with the Divine means allowing the Spirit of God to guide my thoughts, words, actions and deeds from WITHIN me and not predicated by the behaviors of others. Access this guidance by practicing daily meditation and listening to the still small voice of God.

Exit the external chaos, slow down your breathing, feel the Divine inner presence of stillness and hear the voice of silence with your heart.

SMALL TOWN COMMUNITIES

Most people in the small towns of the United States of America are decent hard working people who only know what their friends, neighbors and churches tell them.

They are loyal to their community and have racial and social prejudice so deeply ingrained in them from their parents and community that they don't even know that the people they trust and respect are lying to them to sway their opinion based on fear.

Shame on those who lie and use what they think is in the Bible to justify their hatred of those who could really help them. Liars, vipers and backbiters might win for a season but they are doomed to lose their insidious grip on those who are less discerning and more trusting.

When honest, kind and trusting people discover that the people they trusted were lying to them to take advantage of them they will react with anger and a formidable out lash for justice.

Beware to all of the politicians and bureaucrats who think that these people are stupid and can easily be convinced of their veracity. When they are discovered for the prevaricators they are, it won’t be long before they are removed from power.

A CONDUIT OF CREATION

When you operate from what is unseen and manifest what is seen you are a conduit of the creative process. Any resistance along the conduit slows down the process and timely opportunities can be missed to grow and expand your life and the lives of others.

It is imperative to minimize the resistance which is generated by stress by making the time to enter the stillness and silence of the Most High every day.

Dipping in the well of creativity affords you the stress reduction necessary to minimize any feelings of resistance and provides the awareness of clearing the channel with an attitude of allowance.

VOICES OF SILENCE

The voices of silence can only be heard in the whispers of nature and in the inner stillness of the Divine within. What are they saying? Are they guiding you ever so subtly toward fulfillment of your Divine purpose or are they simply nudging you moment to moment toward self-survival?

The former is the voice of Divine guidance while the latter is the command of the ego. Listen intently to the voices and if they urge you to do anything that violates the mutual growth and expansion of all concerned, then they are from the ego. If they guide you to create an environment where all will flourish then they are from the Divine.

Listening to the inner still small voice is the beginning of creating an inner world of peace and love that you bring with you into the outer world of apparent chaos. Loving the Divine can be said in one simple statement; love one another. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

EYES WIDE OPEN

It is good to have your eyes opened about many issues that affect your life. Be thankful for the opening of your eyes. However, diligently researching what was used to open your eyes is necessary as well.

Don’t believe what ANYONE tells you until they either back up what they say with verifiable facts that you can check or you research the 'facts' that they base their opinions on to form your own conclusions.

This will keep you from being fooled by charismatic agenda setters who seek to control, dominate and manipulate your every thought, word, action and deed.

EXPECT YOUR DESIRES
TO MANIFEST

If you have a knowingness of a Divine desire and it utterly consumes your being, you need to expect it to manifest or it will never manifest.

Simply being aware of one's Divine desires does not bring them to fruition. Trusting in the Divine to handle the 'how' of creation and expecting the best results allows you to receive the manifestation in Divine order.

When we don't expect the Divine to manifest our inner talents and abilities it is like not agreeing that they were given to us through the grace of the Divine. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

FOCUS ON A DESIRED OUTCOME

Are you afraid to do something because you are unsure of the outcome? Acting on something you desire requires an expectation of a desired outcome. If you didn't expect it, why would even do it?

We have all at one time or another felt we had to do something to please a reflected image of self whether self-imposed or accepted by the beliefs of others.

When you act on a desired outcome it IMPLIES an expectation of obtaining a positive result. It demonstrates faith in one’s ability AND an attitude of trust. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

AGORAPHOBIA

Agoraphobia is the fear of leaving the house. People with this condition have alot of anxiety; to the point where they won't even let others leave. They are dealing with a dysfunction that is ego based. They feel the fear of leaving the house threatens their survival.

It is a selfish motivation on their part and they are not contributing to the growth and expansion of the lives of those around them because their fear is more real to them and they feel secure in that fear more than interacting.

Agoraphobics need to take baby steps away from the perceived reality of their fear by trusting in the Divine to guide them, not just their egos. Meditation is a good process that allows one to slow down enough to realize what was said above is happening. Then, regularly practicing meditation gradually allows you to 'feel the fear' and do it anyway based on not a blind trust, but an understood trust.

If Agoraphobics cannot bridge this gap from selfishness to interactivity, it ultimately shows that their fears are more important than anything, or anyone else. At that point, those around them will have to make a choice as to whether to live with that behavior or not. If they choose to leave them that will force them to realize just how fearful they were of reality and how that has caused their loved ones to move away from them. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
