"Once thunderstruck
Life is never
The same
Got no shame
Got no blame
It's a ride
On a
Roller Coaster
Got no shame
Got no blame
God of Love
In disguise
Got no shame
Got no blame"

Resonance is when the internal vibration from the mind and heart align in a synergistic manner with the external vibration of creation; it is the beginning of the process of co-creation. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
The ego operates on its self-survival instinct and will sometimes mask spiritual revelations as universal when they are in truth, selfishly motivated. Be aware of this by allowing any and all spiritual revelations to be put to the test in the perceived dualistic reality. If they consistently work for most, then they are collectively oriented and not selfishly produced. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
It is better to plan for your success, prepare to receive it and expect the blessings of the Divine than to sit doing nothing and dreaming about it dropping into your lap. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
What is perceived as the longest journey is, in actuality, a short trip from the head to the heart. The major obstacle is getting out of your own way. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
In the rhythm of simple chores is the Zen of life and the Gestalt of fulfillment. Whether by free form instance or by rote, the purpose is revealed, accepted and understood in the action demonstrated. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
Can we grow spiritually? Do we expand into a consciousness of spirit? Or do we simply just allow the subtlety of spirit to guide our consciousness into a state of spiritual manifestation? We can become aware or ‘enlightened’ as to our individual consciousness but how good is that if we don’t ‘do’ something with it? Sometimes the light is on and nobody is home. 'Growing' and expanding comes from the understanding of spiritual experience and is a direct result from sharing that light with others. It is NOT a selfish experience but a ‘collective’ one. It is not only realizing that we are all connected, but it is affecting that connection with the active and ongoing sharing of love. Love doesn’t ‘trickle-down’ from God; it flows out of YOU! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
A teacher of Divine truth points the way. It is the student who has to walk it. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
When humankind stops all wars and fighting is when the human condition will move from ego dominance to the expression of spiritual balance. We can achieve this by understanding that we are all individualized expressions of the Divine and acting in a mature fashion that is centered in peace and manifests mutual joy. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
I started my morning routine as usual this morning by reading the daily morning post by one of my favorite inspirational sources, Jeff Belyea. When talking about our egos in reference to being ‘spiritually awakened’ he stated, “Now ego doesn't want that door opened even a tiny bit.”
Love is the crystal clear projection of clarity that bounces off of polished sterling silver, reflecting its image back to you. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
It is better to help people to think then to think you are helping people. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
A musician is an artist that paints pictures with sound. The palette of various tonal colors in unison and harmony are expressed within the precision of rhythm. When a musician ‘aligns’ with other musicians in the expression of the sonic palette, it creates internal reactions and proactions of being ‘in the zone’. The feeling of peace and alignment while 'in the zone' gives a musician a sense of purpose and meaning. I have experienced this many times in my life while playing in bands onstage, in rehearsal and in recording. When the 'groove' is felt completely it's as if you are riding the crest of the wave of spirit in perfect harmony and rhythm. You just let yourself go and become the music. It IS an alignment of the physical and spiritual by letting go of the mental and emotional reactions and proactions. Your feelings are your guide to immersing yourself in the music; being one with the music requires the ‘letting go’ of any perceived ability to control the ‘flow’ of the music. It is an experience that comes after years of learning, practicing and performing have been expressed. Much the same with anything in your life; co-create your individual ‘song’ by learning what it is, practicing the ways in which you express it and performing it perfectly in your life. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
Every breath I take is a prayer when I am aware of my inner spirit. Each breath becomes a prayer for peace, alignment and Divine order. It is a recognition, acceptance and understanding of my inner divinity; now and evermore. Breathe deeply in from your environment and breathe out the essence of the Spirit of God within. The Creator has allowed you to grow out from your environment for you to expand in to your divinity. Live from the essence of spirit and give that joy to the world around you. As I breathe I am...as I am I breathe... ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
A friend said to me, "What channel do I turn to for wisdom?" I responded, "You push the red button that says 'OFF'." ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
